2 Our Services
NTLF Medical provides medical and laboratory supplies including but not limited to:
- Gloves and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Syringes, IV cannulas, and related consumables
- Laboratory supplies, tubes, slides, and reagents
- Diagnostic equipment and tools
- Respiratory supplies and oxygen therapy accessories
- Wound care products and dressings
- Hospital furniture, mobility aids, and medical equipment
We serve hospitals, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, pharmacies, NGOs, and individual healthcare professionals in Ghana. We reserve the right to refuse service or limit product quantities at our discretion.
3 Ordering & Payment
Important Policy: Goods are not sold on credit under any circumstances. Full payment is required before or at the time of collection or delivery.
Order Process
- Orders can be placed through our website, by phone at 054 140 6489, or via WhatsApp.
- All orders are subject to availability. We will contact you if any item is out of stock.
- A confirmed order constitutes a binding agreement to purchase at the stated price.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash: Accepted at our store or upon delivery.
- Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, and AirtelTigo Money.
- Bank Transfer: Available for institutional orders — contact us for account details.
We do not accept credit or debit card payments online. We do not offer payment plans, credit terms, or buy-now-pay-later arrangements.
4 Pricing & Availability
- All prices on our website are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, particularly for imported products affected by exchange rate fluctuations.
- The price at the time of confirmed order placement is the price you will be charged.
- Bulk order discounts are available — contact us for pricing on large quantities.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if an ordered item is unavailable.
For products not listed in our catalog, we can source them on request. Contact us for custom quotations on items not shown on the website.
5 Delivery & Collection
Collection
Orders can be collected from our store at Broadcasting Junction, Off the Accra-Winneba Road, Accra, during business hours (Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 8am–4pm).
Delivery
- Delivery is available within Accra and to other regions of Ghana.
- Delivery charges depend on location and order size and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
6 Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to raise a return or complaint.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Sterile, single-use, or opened medical consumables cannot be returned once the sterile packaging has been broken.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors made by the customer.

7 Product Use & Safety
All products sold by NTLF Medical are intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals and institutions. By purchasing our products, you confirm that:
- You or your institution is qualified to use the medical and laboratory supplies purchased.
- You will use all products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable professional guidelines.
- Single-use products will not be re-sterilised or reused.
- You accept full responsibility for the appropriate and safe use of products after purchase.
NTLF Medical is not liable for any harm, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse, improper application, or use of our products outside their intended purpose or without proper professional training.
8 Website Use
By using the NTLF Medical website, you agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
